The Factory, in which “Hisar” mineral water from spring No. 7 is being bottled, was established in 1958. The evidences about the stated water bottling factory date back to the period of Tsar Boris III’s ruling.
Today, Hisar Bottling Company is equipped with modern and highly efficient production machines as well as personnel with excellent qualifications and is marketing fizzy soft drinks and ice tea. Its production capacity allows the production of natural mineral water of 0.5 l, 1.5 l, 2 l, 3 l, 5 l and 10 l in PET packings, 19 l in polycarbonate bottles, sparkling water of 330 ml in glass bottles and 0.5 l, 1.5 l and 2 l in PET packings.
The production is ISO 9001:2000 certified, and good production and hygiene practices are adopted. The HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) was integrated in 2005. All of the aforementioned is a premise for the high quality and the implementation of a strict control upon each of the production stages.
“Hisar” mineral water from spring No. 7 was nominated at Inter Eco 2000, and is the winner of the International Trophy for Quality, New Millennium Award, Rome 2004, Italy.
